Free Subscriber

  • A Free Subscriber is simply that- it costs you nothing to join!

    Simply register and answer a few quick questions, and you’ll have immediate access to all articles in the coaches’ blog, see all featured questions with the coaches’ responses, be able to read select tutorials, plus have the ability to “ask coach” 1 question for free!

Content & Comment

  • This membership is similar to the Free Subscriber, however you are not limited to only the featured questions and videos. Instead you will have access to all information--every member question with coach responses, and all other content including tutorials, blogs and future additions. You will also be able to sort videos and questions by popular tags to make learning easier and faster.

Full Membership

  • A Full Subscriber includes all features of Content & Comments, plus you’ll have the ability to upload videos of yourself lifting and submit specific text questions for a personal response from the coach of your choice! You will receive quality personal feedback on your technique, positions, or even programming.

    Each month your “Learn Lifting” account will be assigned 50 points. Points are deducted each time you ask a video or text question. Text questions range from 3 to 5 points, and video questions range from 7 to 10 points.
